SAFETY RECALL NOTICE
Dear Retailers and Consumers:
We are writing to let you know that Outset Media, in co-operation with Craft Buddy Ltd., the U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada are recalling the following Silver Frame Kits:
CA-48032 – Dolphin Dance
CA-48573 – Tiger Cubs
CA-49361 – Hungry Hummingbirds
CA-49363 – Tiger Face
CA-49762 – Peter Rabbit
CA-60165 – Unicorn Delights
CA-60174 – Kittens and Ice Cream
CA-60175 – Snowy Owl by Night
The picture frames were found to contain a lead content that exceeds the 100 ppm limit. No injuries have been reported.
Our records show that you or your retail store have purchased at least one of these products from us.
Please immediately remove these items from your shelves and homes and destroy the product. If you are a retailer, please let us know how many you have sold. We will issue you a credit for the remainder left in your store. If you are a consumer, email us at:

We will need a barcode from the product packaging and the name of the store you purchased product from to get a full refund.
